I just completed week one of my cheesemaking apprenticeship at K&K cheese factory. Some days sucked and some were fantastic, like yesterday, I got to work with the crusty old cheesemakers, these guys have been making cheese for decades and they were really good to me. I’m going to have Popeye arms by the time I’m done.
